Fort's Turner, Dunkum sweep district softball awards

District champion Fort Defiance swept the top awards on the All-Shenandoah District softball team with Sara Turner earning Player of the Year honors while Fort coach Logan Dunkum was named Coach of the Year.

Turner was named to the all-district first team as a pitcher and at third base. Dunkum led the Indians to the district title with a 11-1 district mark and a 14-5 overall record.
