Berkeley Gibb Qualifies For Girls State Open

Waynesboro freshman Berkeley Gibb will play in the VHSL Girls Open State Golf Championship on Monday at Heritage Oaks Golf Course in Harrisonburg..
Gibbs qualified by shooting an 89 at the Zone 5 qualifier, finishing second behind Western Albemarle’s Kennedy MacCleery, the champion at the recent VHSL Class 3 state tournament.
Gibb will tee off in the final group of the day at 10:50 a.m.
