Bell, Snyder Earn 3C First Team Honors; Cruz, Moore on 2B First Team

The All-Region boys’ basketball teams for Region 2B and Region 3C were announced Monday.

In Region 2B, a pair of local point guards – Stuarts Draft’s Derrick Moore and Fort Defiance’s Gio Armendariz Cruz – were both selected to the first team.

Draft and Fort also placed two players each on the second team. Fort’s Bradley Hebb and Tripp Hanger were selected along with Draft’s Landon Graber and Donovan Jenkins.

In Region 3C, Staunton and Wilson each had one player selected to the first team and one player selected to the second team.

The Storm’s Joaqin Bell and Wilson’s Chase Snyder earned first-team honors while Staunton’s Ky’Ree Scott and Wilson’s Mason McWhorter were chosen to the second team.
