Parkulo Enjoyed Stellar Wrestling Career at St. John Fisher

Earlier this year, former Stuarts Draft standout Daniel Parkulo wrapped up a solid wrestling career at St. John Fisher University.
Parkulo finished the regular season ranked No. 7 in his weight class in the region. At the Division III Mideast Regionals he earned All-Region honors with a fifth-place finish in the tournament at 125 pounds. Parkulo won his first two matches, winning in the first round by major decision and then winning in the quarterfinals by an 11-5 decision,
Parkulo lost in the semis to the eventual champion, Kaden Majcher of Lycoming by major decision, 8-0. He lost in the consolation semifinal by fall before bouncing back to win the fifth-place match, defeating New Jersey City’s Dominic Terracciano by decision 10-3.
Parkulo was also a standout in the classroom. A biochemistry major, he was named a NWCA Scholar-Athlete and was part of the inaugural St. John Fisher induction class into the Chi Alpha Sigma honor society, the National College Athlete Honor Society.
