Due to the weather, only a handful of events were completed Thursday at the local T&F meet hosted by Wilson.
GIRLS WINNERS
100 Hurdles: Anna Callo, Stuarts Draft 17.27

HARRISONBURG – Riverheads and Stuarts Draft participated Friday at the JJ Updike Last Chance Invitational hosted by Harrisonburg High School.

VTCA State Championships
MINERAL – Wilson Memorial competed Saturday at the VTCA State Championships hosted by Louisa County High School.
For the girls, Ariella Mensah jumped 32-8 to finish fifth in the triple jump. Thea Franklin cracked the Top 10 in the 1600, placing 10th with a time of 5:40.31. Haven Cranford ran 2:34.96 to place 11th in the 800. Maddie Lawhorn cleared 4-4 in the high jump to tie for 10th.
In the boys meet, Amir Dallas cleared 5-8 in the high jump to tie for second. Ashton Printy placed fifth in the long jump with a best effort of 19-4. Julian Galiano placed 12th in the 3200 with a time of 10:31.18. Zyler Kite finished inside the Top 20 in both the 800 and 1600 meter events.
